Papers are signed- we're ready to leave!!! God is so good! Everything went through just fine!
The new family of three with our social worker.
Daddy, Allie and Mommy
Coming home outfit- isn't she so pretty?
The nurses kept going on and on about how cute she was. Our discharge nurse had me take her out to the nurses station so that everyone could see her. They all kept ooing and awing. They said they were sad that she was leaving and told us that they would usually fight over who would get to be her nurse and who would hold her next. :)
(This time frame that they were referring to of course was when we weren't able to be there with her.)
In the carseat- in the van- ready to go home!!! Yippee!!!!
The nurse had to come out with us.
(Apparently they fought over who would do this as well... :) )
She checked to make sure everything was safe and secure and then sent us on our way.
What a happy feeling!!!!
All set! Daddy checking to make sure we were all good and ready to go.
I sat in the back with her for the first half hour and then moved up to the front again.
(I get carsick- and was feeling that- so I moved up.)

She was so precious to watch and it was so amazing
to think that we were really taking her home!
It still hasn't sunk in yet that she's really ours and that we're not having to worry about if things will be signed over or not. Almost everything is final now and so we are so much more relaxed. It is a huge relief! God's hand has been in this whole process so much! It is so amazing to see how He's orchestrated EVERY little perfect detail. We have to give him all the credit- by ourselves there is no way we could be experiencing this precious miracle- and with out His guidance and comfort and peace and strength- we would have given up trying a long time ago. The emotional roller coaster of infetility and all that goes with the experience of infertility is so great at times, but through lots of prayer and family and friends and all of their prayers and support- we are able to experience this precious little miracle. All in God's most perfect way and timing!
Prayer works! And we are so thankful for the answer to our prayers. Almost six years later- but so worth the wait! :) God is good all the time. All the time, God is good!
