Celebrating half the cousins... ;)

Three of Allie's six cousins have birthdays all right together. One on May 21, May 29 and June 3rd.  We got to celebrate all three of them... A and K had a joint Ve.ggie T.ale birthday  party... Auntie S made the cake and did a fantastic job! I love her creativity! Since she couldn't find much commercial stuff to decorate with, she made her own... again-amazing! I have two very creative sister in laws- even if they beg to differ.

 Cousin K had his fourth birthday and chose a Transformer theme. The kids all had a blast here too. Auntie A had fun little games (how can they be big enough to play games at parties already? WOW!) that they could play... it was so cute! I would have never thought to do that- but they love it!!! They got little party favors- too cute! :)

Phone Dump

My phone memory was full so I needed to sort through pictures. I found some treasures on and needed to share. :) Some are from a couple of months ago.... :) 

I love this one- even though it is dark... she looks so little. 

Her  "night time toys" :) She usually sleeps with them all, and comes down in the morning with her arms full like this... :)

 This was too cute... this is exactly how I sleep too- with my feet this way. (Isn't that kind of funny?) My toes are always at my heel like this...

Playing Pretend

We are all about pretend play around here now-a-days.  Allie girl LOVES to pretend. ;)  She has a million imaginary friends.... (Ellie, Brooke, Adelaide, Oma, Onna, Apella)  Ok... maybe not a million... just six. :) They go everywhere and do everything with us. The last three are names she made up. :)  The first two are friends from AWANA, and the third one is a sweet little girl who came to visit us once. :) Anyway- we went out to play one evening, and I decided to make a pretend road for her on the driveway with lots of different stops along the way. Since we have played "gas station" with her bike and made her gas tanks and such, she needed errands to run. :)  

So- I marked it all out on the drive... each stop, and got out some of my play money I made for my kids at school and explained how each stop worked. :) 

Here daddy is filling her gas tank. :) 

 This was the gas station. :) She had to "pay" twenty dollars for a tank of gas. :) She got five dollars in change. :)

 The flower shop. :) It had a water can at it. She had to "pay" five dollars to have the watering can filled up so she could water  mommy's flowers. :)

 This was the bank. :) She had to bring her paycheck here to have it cashed for more money. :)

 The park. Nothing exciting here... just a stop along the way. :)

 The mail. Here she got her paycheck out of the mail and had to take it to the bank to get it cashed. :)

 The playground. Again... nothing too exciting at this one. Maybe next time.

 The zoo. :) Here she had animal crackers and she could  feed one to the "black bear". :) Guess who the black bear is. :)

 Yep... :) Gracie puppy. Gracie was very unsure of this at first. She never gets treats outside... and once she caught on to what Allie was doing, she was all in... even trying to sneak treats. :) Silly girls. :)
