Christmas Day Family Gathering

Santa came......... :)

Good morning!!!!!!!!! :)

 Gracie puppy even got some presents. :) She was more excited than Allie- and remembered what the presents were. :) She couldn't wait to open hers. :) It was funny! :)

 After we opened our presents and had a yummy waffle/saussage breakfast, Nana and Papa and Gramps and Grammie came. They combined efforts this year to get Allie something bigger to play outside with (or inside while it is yucky out). :)

Now she can bounce out all of her energy. (And she can have playdates with her cousins to help them  bounce out energy too!:):))  

Then, we went to Nana and Papa's and had Christmas with them. We ended up spending the night and having another get together the next day. 

We are blessed. It was a very  nice Christmas. The best part was spending quality family time with each family! :) 

Christmas Eve Family Gathering

 We came home from Gramps and Grammie's house and put out a piece of Jesus' birthday cake for Santa, a glass of milk, and some carrots for his reindeer. :)

Then, she hit the sack- dreaming of sugar plums.... or something. :) 

Christmas Eve Dressy

Allie girl was in a "cheese" mood for these pictures.  We had trouble getting a good shot. :) Here are the best ones... there are a million others that didn't turn out. :) Oh well. She's three! :) 

We were all dressed up for Christmas Eve Services.  Allie got to join us in the big room for service. Usuallly she goes to her class. We packed a big bag of stuff for her to do/eat since it was a noon service.  She did really well, and we caught her paying attention quite a bit too! :)  After the service, as everyone was leaving, she announced very  loudly, "Well, that wasn't scary one bit after all! :)" Silly girl- not sure why she thought it would be scary- except it is a bigger room.

Happy Birthday Jesus!

We have a tradition that we make a birthday cake for Jesus for his birthday.  We thought that would help make it feel more real for Allie girl. We pick out a fun.fetti cake and make it and decorate it. She was excited and loved to help!!!! 

 We put white frosting and a yellow J for Jesus on it! :) When I asked her how old she thought Jesus was, she said, "10!" We put one candle on and let her sing happy birthday to Jesus and then she blew out the candle for him. :)
