Coming home!

On Monday, we got the call that they were ready for us and we headed to the hospital to see Brady and his birth mom and take the carseat so the social worker could bring him down to the agency after our papers were signed.  This wasn't the way it went down when we brought Allie home, but because of the little glitches we had, we signed our papers at the agency right after the birth parents both signed theirs.  

Here is his carseat and the warm canopy I made for it. :)

 Not the greatest angle, but here he is in his coming home outfit- all ready for his hospital picture! They were nice enough to make a copy for us and a copy for the birthmom- without any of us asking. ;)

After we took a few other pictures and got him all set, the attorney came and that was our cue to head to the agency.  We said our goodbyes and told Braedan we'd see him soon! :) 

We finished up at the agency late Monday and took a few pictures before heading home. 

This is our amazing social worker who worked so hard for all of us over the weekend!!! She is amazing! 

We got home after 9 pm and this wide awake big sister was proudly waiting for us!!!! So was Nana, Papa, Gramps and Grammie!!!

I know this one isn't the greatest quality- but this was Allie holding Brady for the first time, and her smile just says it all! :)
