Third Birthday!

Allie turned three last week. So hard to believe. We started the day in relaxed ways- eating breakfast and then playing with these little capsules that expand when put into water. They turn into a little sponge animal. She had done it before and asked to do it again. :) So we did. :) 

 Then we headed to the kitchen to start preparing for Allie girl's birthday party the next day. She helped me mix up the cupcakes. She had a blast! She loves to help me in the kitchen! :)

 We spent the rest of the day playing and getting ready for the party. Mommy cleaned and played. But when daddy got home, we ate supper and then headed to the park. We love to take her to the park, but have enjoyed going on her birthday every year. She fed the ducks (and the abundance of geese that were there)....

 And got surprised by a visit from Auntie D and uncle J.  She was surprised! :) Her face was pretty cute! :)

 She thought this was pretty cool. She went down the slide and then I sent Bailey down. She thought that was pretty cool to catch her at the bottom. :)

 Then home for a birthday surprise! :) She had three candles and blew them out all on her own! :)

It was a fun birthday! :) She kept singing during the day, "It's my birthday, It's my birthday!". :) Pretty cute! :)
