One Month

I'm not even sure how it is possible that our little man is one month old already.  (This post is actually a week later so he's five weeks now...but I wanted to record what he's up to for my memory later. :))

At one month- he was 21 inches long and 8 pounds 11 ounces.
He is wearing newborn clothes and diapers.
He is eating every two to three hours- except at night- where he stretches it out to four sometimes.  He usually eats three ounces- sometimes 2 or 2 and a half.
He sleeps in his swing the best- but has also been sleeping in his bounce chair. We have kept him elevated more due to his spitting- which he has gotten under control since we've been home this month.
He recognizes our voices and studies us when we talk to him.
He follows a rattle from one side to another side as he is laying on the floor.
He loves to kick his feet when he is laying on his back.
He tolerates tummy time and can raise his head a little.
He loves Allie! He loves to look at her when she talks to him and find her.
He loves to be snuggled. His favorite way to be held is chest to chest- snuggled in by our neck. :)
He is asleep most of the day- he is an excellent sleeper- he sleeps 18-20 hours a day!
He drinks 20-24 ounces of formula a day.
He does not like his baths. :) But loves to have his head washed (massaged with soap) and rinsed. :)
Stopped taking his pacifier! :)

One Month Doctor Visit Stats-
9 pounds 4 ounces
21 1/4 inches long
Everything looks great and she was very pleased. :)

What a big guy! Is that him lifting himself up a bit already????!!!! And YAY for no paci! There will be moments when you think it will be easier with a paci, but it will be wonderful to not have to break him from it!!!!
