Blessing Night!

One evening a couple weeks ago (the pictures were on my phone... I forgot about them until I was looking through them.) Allie and I stopped in at Nana and Papa's new church to participate in a Blessing Night. It was so cool. We got a tour of the church- it is amazing inside! It is sooooo much bigger than the older one, and sooooooo much bigger than it looks.  After the tour, we helped write scripture all over. It was neat because church members were there writing it EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!! What a cool idea! The idea is that it will bless the church, and someday if things are remodeled years and years and years down the road, people will see everything that was written. It was really a neat experience. People were writing on the door frames, floor, steps, walls, studs, every place possible! Then, it will all be covered up and will be the foundation of their church! Awesome! :) 

Here's Allie's little handprints and a cross we made. Mom added her name, birthday and the verse we picked when she was born. :)  Makes me wonder what people will think when they someday see the date- years and years and years and years from now. :) Kinda cool.
God had to have been smiling down on the little church on the hill as those verses were all written and offered to Him as prayer for the church and its people.
