Happy Six Months!

Allie is six months old today!!! AMAZING! Time is FLYING! I think I say that every time I do a month update. It is so true though! To think that she was born a half a year ago blows my mind!

Here are some of her latest things...

**She's eating peas and green beans for supper! She still has her cereal in the morning but gets the greens for dinner. She LOVES the peas, and isn't bothered by the green beans. She usually wolfs them down in no time!

**She sits on her own now. We still sit by her because she looses her balance sometimes, but she can sit for long periods of a time and play or just look around. She gets pretty proud of herself. She looks so big when she sits all by herself.

**She's trying to figure out the whole Crawling game. She can get up on all fours, but isn't sure what to do next. She kind of rocks back and forth and tries to move- sometimes hops. We dont' think it will be long before she just starts going! :)

**She is wearing Pampers Cruisers! No more swaddlers... sniff... sniff!

**She is wearing mostly six month clothes now. The three month pants are TOO short.

** She sleeps all night again (had started this before Christmas, but then stopped). Usually we hear her once and give her back her bink bink and she is fine. Sometimes she soothes herself with just some babbles.

**Falls alseep on her own (sniff... sniff no rocking or cuddling to fall alseep) at night time. Is usually out for the count within ten minutes of putting her down- with out a cry at all! She sometimes babbles herself to sleep- but doesn't cry!

**Usually takes two really short naps during the day.... one in the morning (usually a half hour) and one in the afternoon, (maybe an hour, not often more).

**We think she weighs around 17 or 18 pounds.

**Her hair is long enough for bows with out the headbands. :)
