Well, we got the winter storm that they were calling for! :) (Even though daddy insisted it would just be a dusting IF it did anything at all.... ) I love it when it happens to fall on a weekend, so that we don't have to go anywhere! We can all stay hunkered down inside together- safe and warm and cozy. :) We did have to venture out to shovel the drive, and of course Gracie and Allisynn wanted to play a little. This was Allie's first REAL experience with the fluffy white stuff. :) She loved it!!!! She screamed when we brought her in! She was running around, and would plop down in it. She liked to climb on it and try to touch it (kinda hard with two layers of mittens). This mama and daddy didn't want to let her out too long as she is getting over a nasty sinus infection and ear infection. We were out for maybe 10 minutes. It was pretty cool how much she liked it! Made me sad to have to bring her in, but her little mittens were starting to come off (first layer) and the second layer was getting packed with snow and was getting cold.
